A snuffer is a fancy way to extinguish the flame of your candle, no blowing necessary.

Place the bell over the flame but avoid submerging it into the wax. Allow the bell to hover over the wax slightly, and after a few seconds, you should see a wisp of smoke signifying the flame has been extinguished.
